Management Bios

John Grzejka , President & COO
Mr. Grzejka co-founded IDI Multimedia and has over fifteen years of experience managing projects for various Government, Educational, and Commercial clients. The past five years his management experience has been focused on producing distance learning training projects and oversight for key corporate projects. He is responsible for maintaining budgeting reports, deliverable schedules, and act as liaison between customers and the IDI development team.

Chris Comeau, V.P., Director
Mr. Comeau co-founded IDI Multimedia and currently serves as V.P., and Director.   He has over fifteen years’ experience designing and programming educational media, using audio/video, animation, text and graphics to effectively communicate clients’ information. Mr. Comeau was awarded an Interactive Omni and Telly Award for managing the National Institutes of Health Human Genome Project targeting high school and college students.  In addition to his role as Director, he is a key asset in overseeing programming and design development teams.

Scott Coughlin, V.P. Creative Services
Mr. Coughlin co-founded IDI Multimedia and is an experienced graphic designer with over fifteen years of project management expertise; creating, designing, and implementing multimedia communication solutions. He has consistently shown the ability to interpret and respond to client’s communication goals through creative visual solutions. He currently serves as Creative Director and is responsible for managing all creative projects from concept to delivery and the overall quality of the work created by the design team.

William Campbell, V.P. Training & Development
An expert with courseware development and web technology with over twelve years experience, Mr. Campbell’s efforts include countless training projects for IDI from inception to implementation.  Most recently Mr. Campbell helped facilitate the successful completion of the International Training Institutes Industrial Curriculum, Foreman Online Training, CORE and Layout updated curriculum, and Energy Audit manuals, along with finalizing the American Institute of Architects Learning Management Systems online training.  Before joining IDI, Mr. Campbell helped to implement 508 asynchronous and synchronous online training to over 804 chapters of the American Red Cross.  A member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) and the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, Mr. Campbell’s audio credits have gained both international and professional acclaim. 

Jefferson Miner, V.P. Web Services and Software Development
After receiving a degree in computer science in the 1990s, Mr. Miner turned his development training towards the exciting new medium of the internet. With a career path crossing through the non-profit, commercial and government sectors, Mr. Miner has worked with various sized teams, budgets and goals. Always focused on the client and end-user experience, he continually guides clients towards unified branding, content control and marketing best practices.
